Boro fans attending Thursday night's UEFA Cup clash with Banik Ostrava could hit the jackpot by winning much sought-after tickets and travel for the tie's second leg in the Czech Republic. Thursday's Boro Jackpot prize is an amazing ticket and flight to Ostrava.

To celebrate the club's first ever European tie, first prize in Thursday night's Boro Jackpot draw will be tickets and flights to Boro's second leg tie in Ostrava on Thursday September 30.

The lucky winner and their guest will travel to Ostrava on the day of the game, flying from Teesside Airport as part of the club's official arrangements, returning shortly after the match.

Boro Jackpot tickets can be purchased for just £1 each from Jackpot sellers in and around the Riverside Stadium before the Thursday's UEFA Cup tie (KO 8pm). Jackpot sellers are easy to spot in the crowd as they wear bright yellow jackets.

Boro's Commercial Manager Graham Fordy said: "We normally offer cash only prizes but wanted to make our first Euro Jackpot special. As all Boro fans will know, tickets for the second leg are sought-after items, so this is a fantastic prize.

"We would urge all fans attending the match to purchase a ticket to give themselves a chance of winning a wonderful prize - and raise valuable funds for the MFC Academy and development scheme."
