Gordon Strachan: “We haven’t got a single striker at the club.
“The loan players have gone back, Lita is suspended, Aliadiere is injured and then we’ve got Marvin Emnes, Jonathan Franks and young Luke Williams.
“They’re all forwards, but none of them are out and out strikers.
“We’re working very hard (bringing in new faces), but it’s too early for that. We don’t have anything lined up at this stage.
“We’ll do what we can. We will patch things up.
“We have had a lot of injuries come at the same time and it’s stretching us to the limit.”
