As reported yesterday Jonathan Woodgate has chosen Boro ahead of old club Newcastle and the finer details of the move should be completed today.
There are reports that Robert Huth has passed a medical, having failed one several weeks ago. If the reports are true the German could join Woodgate in a new-look Boro defence.
Boro have also been linked with David Nugent from Preston and last night it emegred that Boro had been given permission to speak to Charlton's Jason Euell.
