Three changes for Boro

JULIO ARCA has returned to the Middlesbrough midfield for this afternoon's visit of Danny Graham's Watford.

Arca sat out last weekend's draw at Portsmouth through injury but he has been recalled at the expense of Richie Smallwood.

That is one of three changes to the Boro?team, with Jonathan Grounds asked to slot in at the heart of the defence for the injured Seb Hines.

Hines went over on his ankle in training and Leroy Lita, who is sidelined with a hamstring problem,?has been replaced by Marvin Emnes in attack.

There is a place for Andrew Taylor, who spent three months on loan at Watford earlier in the season, while?former Boro striker Graham starts up front for the Hornets.?
