Gordon Strachan: "I cannot afford to gamble on players I don't really know.
"There will be no foreigners coming in, that's for sure, because I need to know who's coming. Their attitude and character cannot be in question.
"We need more players in, but they need to be the right ones. We have a group of young players who want to be led, and my job is to find them some leaders."
