Gareth Southgate: "I suppose it (two Premiership sackings this week) just reminds you to enjoy your job and get on with it really."You can see that there's one manager there who's won the World Cup, who's clearly got an outstanding pedigree, and if that can happen to him then you have to accept that it can happen to anybody.
"It enables you to get on with doing the job how you believe is right and enjoying what you're doing really.
"We just get on with our job. We don't concern ourselves too much about what's going on elsewhere.
"We work every hour that's sent to try and improve things here and we've got a great game to look forward to this weekend so that's what we're focusing on really.
"For this week we've got a cup tie to get on with. We've won away at Wolves which was a good performance and we've scored a couple so hopefully it's something different for the players to think about.
"They're a few games away from winning something and that's a different thing to focus on as a player and I think that that will hopefully bring something out of them."
