"He is very supportive when he needs to be, and he trusts us to get on with what needs doing.
"I don't need to run to him every five minutes for clarification on things. I know his support is there and that's all that matters.
"It's a challenge like any other. Wherever you are in the division, there will be certain pressures and challenges.
"'Enjoy' is obviously a ridiculous word in the situation we are in, but it's part and parcel of the job.
