Season ticket prices frozen

In a bid to hold on the dwindling number of season ticket holders Boro have held the prices for the third season in a row. They probably couldn't risk an increase after thousands of fans voted with their feet and stayed away from several cup games this season.

Boro have introduced a deal for under-9's who will be able to watch the Boro for under £5 a game, although this offer is restricted to those in the North West and South West corners.

Existing season ticket holders have until July 6th to renew their seats, otherwise they risk losing their seats and incurring an increase of upto £40.

Boro also announced today the result of the vote in which Red Book holders were asked "should White Book holders be upgraded to Red Book status". An overwhelming result in favour of the upgrade was returned.

The vote also asked how long White Book holders should wait to be upgraded, and the result was again overwhelming in favour of three years rather than five years. So anyone who has had a White Book since the 1999-2000 season will be upgraded to a Red Book.
