Riverside sell-out

The last few remaining tickets for home fans were snapped up today, for what could be a record attendance at the Riverside, against the table-toppers.

The current record stands at 34,800 which was set against Leeds back in February 2000, a figure which was almost broken against the same club two weeks ago, when the crowd was just 77 short of the record.

Liverpool reportedly sold their allocation of tickets last week.
