Gareth Southgate : “I’ve got no complaints as it’s part and parcel of the game.
“But during the game you have got to stand your corner and fight for your team.
“It is a good fixture for us. We always know it is a stiff test and Carlisle always try to play good football.
“We know Greg [Abbott] and his staff pretty well, and you know when you come here that the surface is fantastic.
“Carlisle gave us some difficult times. They had one or two players out and Graham Kavanagh would make a big difference for them.
“But it was a good test for us and I hope they have a good season.”
