Chris Foy (Merseyside)

Mr Foy has been refereeing at the top level since 1996 when he was appointed to the Football League List. He was promoted to the Premier League list in 2001.
He takes charge of his second Boro game this season, the first being the 1-1 draw with Portsmouth at the Riverside back in October. It will his first visit to the Ricoh Arena.
Last season he flashed the yellow card on 53 occasions and the red card only once in 28 games. To date this season he has booked 55 players and sent off 6 in 23 games.
