Liverpool cough up - about time!

Liverpool have agreed to an out of court settlement over their alleged illegal poaching of Christian Zeige, one of Teesside's most hated figures.

The long running wrangle was due to become a Court case next week.

It is reported that Boro have signed a confidentiality agreement saying they will not disclose the details. However, it is thought the payment could be over £1m. Some useful money for Mr McClaren to strengthen his Europe bound squad.
