Queudrue is struggling with a knee injury picked up against Aston Villa, while Parnaby injured a hamstring in training this week.
Robbie Stockdale and David Murphy would appear to be suitable replacements although Tony Vidmar and Colin Cooper could also be part of the equation.
It could be a new look Boro who take the field at Anfield, new signing Chris Riggott could make his debut alongside Gareth Southgate, although Andrew Davies will also be in Steve McClarens thoughts after a fine display against Aston Villa.
McClaren will have a dificult choice with the forwards, depending on the formation he decides to play. At the expense of Szilard Nemeth and Joseph-Desire Job he could use Michael Ricketts and Malcolm Christie in a three pronged attack. The options would appear endless if he played 4-4-2, perm any two from five.
Loan signing John Eustace could feature in a four man midfield if McClaren decides to pack the centre of the park. Brazilian midfielder Doriva is lacking match fitness, not helped by Wednesday's postponed reserve game, so he is unlikely to feature.
