From Angela Wright: I feel very proud to be a Boro Supporter this campaign, I feel we have improved dramatically since Steve McClaren took over. Each season we have got better, Carling Cup success last season was brilliant but to qualify for Europe via the league was outstanding. I know seventh place would not normally qualify for UEFA but thanks to the Gunners and Man Utd been in FA Cup Final seventh was good enough for Boro. I do feel that we would have been higher in the League if we had not had such a injury hit season.
I cannot wait for next season to begin and if we continue to improve we can be looking towards Champions League qualification.
Well done everyone at Middlesbrough Football Club. Best ever season -- so far!!!!!!
