Luke Young could be set for a surprise move to Premier League rivals Aston Villa, according to reports.

Media reports are suggesting that Boro have given the Midlands side permission to speak to the England international full-back after a £5million fee was agreed between the two side's.

If reports are to be believed then Young could be a Villa player within the next 48-hours.
