Crossley keeping fingers crossed

Originally Crossley's call-up was for a low-key training session but now that Argentina have confirmed their interest in a match the Boro keeper is keen to add to his three caps.

Crossley has been in outstanding form of late keeping nine clean sheets in fifteen starts. He will contest the No.1 jersey with Paul Jones (Southampton), Darren Ward (Nottingham Forest) and Danny Coyne (Grimsby Town).

Argentina were keen to experience playing under a roof before they meet England in the World Cup this summer and saw the chance of a game at the Millennium Stadium as a great opportunity.
