FA statement: "The FA has charged Middlesbrough FC with failing to control its players.
"The charge relates to the conduct of Middlesbrough players towards referee Mark Halsey following the sending-off of Didier Digard during the second half of Boro's match against West Bromwich Albion on 17 January.
"Middlesbrough have until 4 February to respond to the charge."
