Southgate: "It's annoying to concede a goal from something we should deal with, but the flip side we knew it wasn't the hammer blow.
"Sometimes if you're ripped apart by a team and they score you think 'Oh blimey', but they didn't do that.
"It's great to be able to come back from behind. Scoring as soon as we did was key and Jeremie finished his goal superbly.
"We've created some good chances, Stewy had a shot to the near post from Julio's ball, so I'm really pleased with the outcome and given everything that's been thrown at us, I think it's a really good point for us.
"It was a big game for us, we were in a sticky little run and we had a lot to deal with in the week, injury wise, so the quality of the performance was pleasing."
