Fans can attend the Swansea game with the MFC Travel Club, with adult prices £27.50 members and £29.50 non-members, juniors £25.50 members and £27.50 non-members.
Coaches depart The Swan in Billingham at 6.30am, Albert Park in Middlesbrough at 6.45am and the Riverside Stadium at 7am.
