The survey covers important issues such as ticketing, club communication, stadium facilities and customer service.
MFC is urging Boro fans who have received the survey to take a few minutes to complete it as the annual survey reveals useful information for the club.
The club’s Communications Manager Dave Allan said: “This survey is carried out on an annual basis and Boro supporters always respond in high numbers. Whatever their views, we would urge our fans to complete the questionnaire.
“Many fans will already have received the survey, whilst others will receive it over the next few days. There is a prize draw for all those returned within two weeks of receipt.”
Carried out by SMRC Sportswise, an independent sports research company, the survey covers subjects as wide-ranging as the design of the kit, the club’s work against racism and the distribution of match tickets.
