Juninho made his first appearance for Brazil since the 2002 World Cup Final. This was his 50th cap although he only played for 21 minutes, coming on as a substitute. Brazil won the game 1-0 against Jamaica, it was played at Leicester City's ground.

Meanwhile Nemeth played his 40th game for Slovakia. They beat Liechtenstein 2-0.
