Mark has been at the Boro in a coaching capacity for seven years. He had his best year last season guiding the Boro Youth Team to Cup gloryand he is now looking to build his coaching career at a higher level.
He is moving to Darlington as assistant manager and will work alongside his former Boro team mate David Hodgson (ex-Boro striker), who is currently the Quakers manager.
