Boro casualty list lengthens

Julio Arca, Tuncay and Mido all suffered what looked like serious injuries against Sunderland on Saturday. The extent of the damage has not yet been revealed.

On top of this Aliadiere is likely to be out until late October and Boro still have four defenders under treatment, they are Chris Riggott, Robert Huth, Emanuel Pogatez and Matthew Bates.
