"I can confirm we have had a look at the possibility of signing Joseph, but we have not made a formal move on it just yet," Blckpool boss Simon Grayson told the Lancashire Evening Post.
"But having said that, we haven't discarded him either. We will wait and see, but it is an option and we know the lad is keen to come back to the UK."
