Marcus Bent: “It’s a hard league, but we (Birmingham) managed to get promoted after a long graft.
“It’s only two or three months into the season.
"Okay, there have been some bad results, but we’re towards the top of the table.
“There are going to be teams in January making runs like Sheffield United did last year. There’s a lot of quality here, the gaffer’s just come in and I’m sure he’s going to add to the squad.
“I see myself as a target man because I’m big, strong and good in the air.
“Leroy is quick and a good finisher who has shown his qualities in the last couple of years.
“I can see we’ve got good wingers, good midfielders and a strong back four, so there are a lot of possibilities.”
