Ticket application forms for the first leg of Boro's UEFA Cup quarter-final with Basel in Switzerland are now available from the Riverside ticket office and on the club's official website.

Up to 1,329 tickets are available to Boro fans for the tie on Thursday March 30 (KO to be confirmed), all priced £16 each.

The deadline for applications is this Friday, March 24. If necessary, Boro's longest-serving season ticket holders will be given priority, using the letters prefixing their season ticket patron numbers.

Boro have confirmed that supporters can travel on the official fans' day-return flight to Basel for £285 per person, a price that includes a match ticket but does not include travel insurance. This price is subject to no further levy being payable to Basel airport authorities to keep the airport open after its usual midnight closure.

Also available is an executive coach trip, setting off from Middlesbrough at 7.30am on Wednesday March 29 and returning to Teesside at approximately 1pm on Saturday April 1.

The price of £160 includes a match ticket and two nights' bed and breakfast accommodation. There will be an overnight stay in Reims on Wednesday and a further stop-off in Mulhouse after the match. This trip is subject to the coach being filled.

Boro's official fans' trips are being organised by MFC Travel and supporters can apply via travelcaresports.com or by calling in at MFC Travel in the club store in Captain Cook Square, Middlesbrough.
