Boro appealed the red card but at a disciplinary commission hearing on Tuesday the appeal was rejected meaning Aliadiere will now have to serve an automatic four game ban.
The sending off warrants a three game suspension whilst an extra one game ban has been added because the FA considered the claim as frivolous.
