The Boro striker was sent off by referee Lee Mason in the 85th minute of the 3-2 defeat at Anfield for an apparent slap on Liverpool midfielder Javier Mascherano.
The appeal will be heard on Wednesday, 26th February and if unsuccessful Aliadiere will face a three game ban.
