Huth and Tuncay are two of Boro's most prized assets, but with combined wages believed to be in excess of £100,000-a-week - the Teesside club are keen to do a deal.
Tony Pulis is a big fan of the hard-working Turkish international and Stoke are now looking into doing a deal with Boro for the 27-year-old.
Cologne's interest in Tuncay is only on a loan basis although their assistant boss Umit Oozat is hopeful.
"Tuncay wants to come over to Cologne and this would be a big boost," he told Express. "You could easily sell 50,000 strips with his name on."
