Fulham Set For 'Take It Or Leave It' Offer For O'Neil!

O'Neil, 26, has been repeatedly linked with a move back to Pompey but Fulham, who had a bid rejected in January, are the first club to make firm contact this summer.

They are said to be lining up a £2.5m offer.
